In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform
you in our capacity as the data controller.

Improvement of Our Services and Analysis: Measuring the performance of the Site, increasing the user
experience, and troubleshooting technical issues. (Legal ground: Legitimate interest of the data
controller).
Legal Obligations: Keeping traffic (log) records within the scope of Law No. 5651 and fulfilling the legal
requests of authorized public institutions and organizations. (Legal ground: Explicitly prescribed by law
and fulfillment of our legal obligation).
Marketing and Newsletter Delivery: Sending commercial electronic messages regarding our company's
new projects, design trends, blog posts, or service announcements (if within the scope of newsletter
subscription). (Legal ground: Your explicit consent).

3. To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties in line with the fulfillment of the purposes stated
above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
To Our Service Providers: To our business partners and suppliers from whom we receive website
hosting, e-mail infrastructure, information technologies, and cybersecurity services.
To Authorized Public Institutions: To courts, prosecutor's offices, and authorized institutions and
organizations such as the Information Technologies and Communications Authority (BTK) upon request
within the framework of legal obligations and judicial legal processes.
International Data Transfer: Due to the fact that the data centers of the analysis tools (Google Analytics,
etc.) and e-mail server infrastructures used on our site are located abroad, your transaction security and
cookie data are transferred abroad based on your explicit consent.

Mandatory and analytical cookies are used on our site to ensure functionality and analyze user experience.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to our company to exercise the following rights
regarding yourself:

To request information if your personal data have been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their
purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred within the country or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the legal reasons requiring
processing no longer exist, despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK,
To request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to sub-paragraphs (5) and (6) to third parties
to whom personal data have been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through
automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal
data.

6. Contact and Application

To exercise your rights stated above, you can send your legal request along with necessary information
identifying your identity via mail with a wet signature to the address Acıbadem Cd. No:224/8 Üsküdar /
İstanbul, Turkey, or from your e-mail address previously notified to our company and registered in our
systems to info@orcadesign.studio. Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible
and within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the legal period.
